As others have noted. This is a wonderful community of people. We have great neighbors. Unfortunately there were construction issues with the roof identified prior to moving in. We were told that our issues would be promptly handled prior to move in. It was not. Then we were told they would fix it and we would not have to make warranty claims. It still was not. I absolutely loved buying a home through Concourse Crossing. I can't even express how thankful I am for both Jennifer & Chris. Jennifer M. was fantastic from the start, being incredibly attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Our family truly feels like she's now our friend - always quick to help and make our move smooth and seamless. Chris was and continues to be more than helpful. We purchased our home in April. Jennifer was our sales representative and she was fantastic from the beginning. She took the time to show us every house that was even reasonably close to what might work for us. We came back multiple times to look and she never hesitated. She always had a positive attitude and ultimately found us the perfect house with the perfect yard. Purchased a house in Concourse Crossing. Dennis Parsons made all the difference. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. We looked at several communities and they were all very similar. The one difference is the level of service Dennis provided. He is a great resource for the company and is the biggest reason we purchased our home here.
