Before taking my car here, I did a good bit of research both online and with people I knew. Overall, most people thought it was fair. The main thing I heard that bothered me was that the ownership had changed and service and quality had suffered. I decided to go ahead and take a chance. I can't believe anyone would have an issue with this place. For $250, they saved the paint on my classic Saab 900, cleaned and softened the leather interior, scrubbed and cleaned the carpets and installed new emblems on the car. Top notch, top quality, customer friendly and the best in town. No one else comes close to these guys.

Awesome Detailing – Concours does a great job on any vehicle...new or old, small or large. From a $30 hand wash on my newer SUV to a $200+ detail on my old Pontiac Bonneville, I am very impressed with the work quality. Unlike some other wash/detail places, Concours takes extreme care to eliminate/prevent paint swirls. Little touches like spotless door jambs and dressed firewall molding set them apart from other operations. Disappointed – I've heard rave reviews on this detailing company and was excited to take my car to have it completely detailed. My car is in great shape and I am sort of beating myself up for taking it in the first place because initially it was a waste of money. A good vacuum and wax job would've worked. However, I had some minor dings, scratches, and chips from rocks and other items and that was what I mostly wanted to be repaired. Great Detailing – I have been taking my cars here for years and i know most of the people there by name i have yet to find any body in this town that is even close to there quality and the extensive work that they do. Yes they are a little pricey but worth every penny i don't about this keda lady but yes some time there are things that can't be fixed thats just how it goes. POOR QUALITY DETAILING – I chose to get a interior and exterior detail for my SUV. I had some stains that I was concerned about and went by before making my appt. to show them the stains to see if they could be removed. I was told that the stains could be removed.
