Had several services done here, including air filter and EFI work. A few weeks later my check engine light came on with an EVAP leak . Instead of checking if it was related to their service, they charged me $175 just to read the code, something other services do for free and told me to come back (and pay again) for a smoke test. Never had a problem until recently when I had to get steering wheel controls fixed. They replaced under warranty but were trying to have me replace all 4 tires on my 2023 Rogue with only 15,000 miles on it. What tires last only 15,000 miles?! Total unacceptable and annoying.
Jarrod had exceptional customer service during my service visit. Very professional & welcoming atmosphere.
