Great service, and attention to details.
Stay away of those guys! I have had an extremely poor experience with the service department at this dealership. I have brought my vehicle in for repairs nine separate times for the same ongoing problem, and it is still not resolved. The main issue is an oil leak from the rear differential that is leaking toward the brake system, which is a serious safety concern. Came in for my first oil change on my new Nissan and had a great experience from start to finish. Customer service was solid, the oil change was done pretty quickly, and the rep I worked with was friendly and actually looked out for me by finding a discount on my service that I didn’t even know about. The waiting area was quiet, clean, and comfortable, so the time went by without any stress. Overall, it was a smooth visit and genuinely pleasant. Definitely appreciate the team here, Thank you for everything!
I have been servicing my Nissan Maxima here for over 15 years. The service team always does good work and are easy to work with
Had several services done here, including air filter and EFI work. A few weeks later my check engine light came on with an EVAP leak . Instead of checking if it was related to their service, they charged me $175 just to read the code, something other services do for free and told me to come back (and pay again) for a smoke test.
