Brought my truck in for inspection and a few other things of service. Overall, the team inside was very nice and the service done was good but there’s one negative of my experience I get there at 10:20am for my 11am drop off appointment since I had a meeting at 11. I’m greeted by almost everyone when I walk in, was told Mike would be my advisor by the person checking me in. Mike never looked up from his phone to even say hi after I was told that. Bought my new 2025 SUV from Concordville Nissan and Mark was the salesman I dealt with and it was an awesome experience! I went back to see him and was told he passed away it hurt my heart. He was the most kindest person I’ve ever met. Never pushed me explained everything to me. Definitely miss him. When I get my car serviced Kim and her team is great people. Always keep me updated about my car, does a whole video explaining what they did and what needs done , and very helpful people even walk you to your car when it’s ready... read more
