Bought my new 2025 SUV from Concordville Nissan and Mark was the salesman I dealt with and it was an awesome experience! I went back to see him and was told he passed away it hurt my heart. He was the most kindest person I’ve ever met. Never pushed me explained everything to me. Definitely miss him. When I get my car serviced Kim and her team is great people. Great service, and attention to details.
Stay away of those guys! I have had an extremely poor experience with the service department at this dealership. I have brought my vehicle in for repairs nine separate times for the same ongoing problem, and it is still not resolved. The main issue is an oil leak from the rear differential that is leaking toward the brake system, which is a serious safety concern.
