I would highly not to recommend Concordia for home health care . The facility demonstrates a lack of communication with BMH hospital and there facility. My father was to get home healthcare the day after he got out of the hospital following up with PT. This never happened because someone didn’t do their job.
Some of those most incompetent nurses..which caused my father to end up back in hospital with infection not caught . 2 surgeries later with infection requiring 8 weeks of iv antibiotics..beleive me they will be turned in to department of health with more to come!The Occupational therapist Dee was wonderful .. she kept me informed on what was going on but it was too late.. so my advice.. look elsewhere if you care about yourself or a loved one

The communication is horrible so far and my husband hasn’t even seen a nurse yet. No one has called to get any information from him. Just that a nurse will be out. The girl I talked to could have been so much friendlier and certainly after reading these reviews has us considering switching already. They only have a P.O. Box for us which will take them to the post office but then you ask for the nurses name and are met with the tone of I don’t know they will be out sometime today.
