They have 9 1 bedroom model apartments, 2 bedroom models and cottages as well as decks and patios and garages available. They also have a spa, transportation for outings, loads of activities, housekeeping and you can have a small pet for no additional fee. I want to live there! There management staff is very helpful.
None better I lived at Concordia on the Lake with my late husband. I now live with my daughter's family. In searching on-line for a friend looking for an apartment, I was surprised no one had taken the time to write about this wonderful place. I have never lived in a nicer, friendlier, community. The apartments are lovely. The staff is very much "there to serve". My husband passed away while we lived there. I can't begin to tell you how helpful, considerate, generous, and kind everyone was.
