where should I start? I have a family member there. From day 1 nothing has gone well. firstly, having to ask every nurse to wear gloves when using his PICC line. No hand washing. Literally watch them in room across hall, hanging IV without gloves and coming straight over without gloves or handwashing. Actually having arguments about it. When the surgeon got hold of my mother he said that her injuries sustained while she was rehabbing at Concordia of the South Hills was trauma that he has seen in motorcycle accidents! Multiple incidents caused her to have to have emergency surgery. She is in bad condition. Concordia hides behind the cross! Their entire staff is incompetent! Recommended!!!!! I clicked on "NO" I DON'T recommend Concordia but it went on "yes" and I can't get it off of there !!
Assisted living night staff are horrible. They leave my mother unattended all night and say they don’t have time to help her. She was there for rehab. She lives in the independent living apartments which is very nice.
