Although our medical system is broken and needs much repair, the people in the system are NOT especially at Concordia Urgent Care. After a difficult 28 hours in urgent care, I was so appreciative of the empathy, compassion and encouragement of the nursing staff, medical aides and the expertise of the doctors in bringing my medical problem to a full resolution. They made an unbearable situation, bearable and I could not have managed without them. Many sincere thanks!!

Was there with my son to deal with a fractured arm during the day on Halloween, fully expecting to be sitting there for 6+ hrs. We were in and out in just over 3. Cast and all. I was actually shocked by the level of care and efficiency. Every staff member was fantastic and made him feel comfortable, from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left. Concordia urgent care is a tight run ship. I went there because they had the lowest advertised wait time online. Get there early because it fills up fast, they work efficiently to get through the days patients. I had my x ray, Ct scan, abdominal scan and was sent off to surgery all in the same day. I was very impressed.

Waited 10 hours just to clean and treat my own wounds with stuff i found in my room. They would have sent me home still bleeding if i didn’t. I left the hospital still unable to use my hands after 12 hours with nothing but a note for antibiotics. Nobody answered my questions with anything but rude dismissal.
