Completely unacceptable experience with the triage nurse at this urgent care. It was honestly infuriating how unprofessional, careless, and utterly incompetent she was. She walks around like she knows what she’s doing, but it’s painfully obvious she’s in the wrong profession. If you can’t even do the bare minimum, like recognizing a real emergency, then you shouldn’t be anywhere near patients. Thankful for all the folks who work here. Everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. It was a very busy day for them and wait times were long, but I’m already feeling better because of their care. Very grateful for that.

I had a good visit here. I was experiencing shortness of breath for around 24 hours (stupid to not get it looked at sooner) and they triaged me and sent me to the beds within 5 mins. Then I had like 5 tests and they ended up diagnosing me with asthma and they gave me prescritions for a bunch of stuff. Whole process took about 2 hours. Likely I was at the higher end of priority given that I walked in hunched over because that was the only way I felt I could get air into my lungs and I was breathing rapidly.
