I had a good visit here. I was experiencing shortness of breath for around 24 hours (stupid to not get it looked at sooner) and they triaged me and sent me to the beds within 5 mins. Then I had like 5 tests and they ended up diagnosing me with asthma and they gave me prescritions for a bunch of stuff. Whole process took about 2 hours. Took my 16 yr old son in for a potential fracture of his ankle. The triage nurse took his blood pressure asked him a few preliminary questions etc I just sat quiet on the side, when she was done putting a tensor bandage on his ankle I simply asked (assuming she is a nurse and would at least have some basic understanding of medicine) if she thought that his entire foot being beet red was of concern or what maybe her initial assessment may be…she then very matter of factly with what seemed to be an undertone of pride stated to... read more

Dr Andani Rafiq and the nurses on staff were great. I was well taken care of and received the tests and care I needed. I appreciated the doctor took the time to discuss everything with me and genuinely seemed to care.

It's a busy bee place... in a perfect world there would be more room ,staff , etc. The individuals there working are doing and performing way over the norm. When waiting for a lengthy period it becomes a small community with a nurse staff coming around to help . The human element always brings me hope knowing with a few more Doctors nurses and staff it would be better. Nevertheless I felt grateful for the care and attention I received . I had a good experience here. Every staff member was so kind and helpful. The wait was a bit long but they get you registered and into a room fairly quickly.
