My husband stayed here for short term rehab/therapy after his hip surgery. We both loved the administrator who is very attentive and friendly as well as all the staff who treated my husband so well. It was always clean and smelled good every day when I would visit. Would recommend and we will go again should the need arise.

Had a family member call me about discharging with home care. He stated his wife had the best care at Concordia nursing and rehab. He said he even got to meet the owner while he was touring to admit her there. I was very happy to hear this and wanted to pass along to others. The administer and director or nursing have made a big difference in this facilities care and cleanliness

I am sure the staff there is very helpful and knowledgeable. The building itself is horrible. The rooms are small the floor is uneven the roof leaks and it's just dreary. It looks understaffed. My father wasn't even there a day before I decided to have him transferred.

After my mother passed away we requested a refund of daily rates paid to Concordia Nursing and rehab in advance. It has been over two months and we get the phone run around every time we attempt to receive money owed to us. We paid on time, in full every month and now that mother has passed after using only 3 days for the month. We can't get money owed to us returned. It is very upsetting to be denied our refund during our time of deepest grief. These people are uncaring about the people involved and only care about the $$$.
