I was one of the first residents to move into the North Bank community in Philadelphia and have been thoroughly disappointed. Issue 1: For >$600,000 per unit and a planned community of 500+ units, you would expect simple mail delivery to not be an issue. WRONG. ANYONE LOOKING AT THIS COMMUNITY KNOW THAT USPS DOES NOT DELIVER PACKAGES HERE. You are FORCED to go to the post office for anything larger than a letter.
