Late February 2024 we hit two large raccoons as we were on our way to Concordia for the night. The bottom of my car was totally ripped off and we were unable to drive it. After we were towed into town the driver recommended Concordia Collision auto shop. The shop was closed for the day so we met Shawn, the owner, the next morning. He offered his own car to us so we could drive to Salina to pick up a rental car! Was traveling from California to Omaha. Car lost power 25 miles north of Concordia. Tow brought to old location, informed of new location. We were received by Jerry I believe, after hours they still took our car in, promised to detect problem in the AM and let us use a loaner car. Jerry was upbeat, friendly and highly professional. Who provides this level of customer service anymore? Got an estimate and even though our car won’t be ready till next week they let us use their car instead of renting.
