This place is horrible, most of the staff is rude and ignorant and really don’t care. There always to busy to help and are short staffed even though they say they are staffed to the state minimum.
The manager is totally unresponsive. She refuses to meet with or talk to the residents about issues and concerns. The residents are not treated like customers and are very dissatisfied for the most part.
One of you employees is sending provocative and soliciting men advertising her self while being married and I’m quite appalled by these actions for this type of business if need so please contact my page for information and proof.
This is a nightmare. This is the second time that I've had to wait 40 minutes to use the bed pan It hurts
I love the staff there and the nurses are amazing!
