If I could give less than one star, I would. We’ve had ongoing issues since moving in with the manager (Alena Rugg) not doing what she’s supposed to. Her ex husband (Sean Rugg) was the maintenance before I guess he slept with several of the tenants here & it took MONTHS of me asking & begging them to replace our water heater after it started leaking everywhere for them to finally replace it. I lived there 5 years they've had 5 different managers,but this one tops the charts! Alena rugg calls me out of her inability to be pro social,and verbally assaulted me,then comes up with late rent past due of monies I've paid faithfully every month.im more then positive this person doesn't even have a business management license.if she does she damn sue doesn't practice respectful work ethics.ive been discriminated and assaulted.they both should be fired from the Concordia apartments.shes prejudice towards the white race no... read more
