If I could give less than one star, I would. We’ve had ongoing issues since moving in with the manager (Alena Rugg) not doing what she’s supposed to. Her ex husband (Sean Rugg) was the maintenance before I guess he slept with several of the tenants here & it took MONTHS of me asking & begging them to replace our water heater after it started leaking everywhere for them to finally replace it. Maintenance doesn’t do their job and many other concerning problems with the people running the property and how tenants are treated do not move here if you don’t have too
