I want to say thank you SO much to Concorde Print & Media for their quick service and the high-quality product I received! In particular, I want to give a shout out to Kim, whose communication was beyond stellar-- she was kind, accommodating, and efficient. I reached out on a Sunday to ask if Concorde Print & Media could print 90 different custom postcards for me (full color, front and back) and Kim replied immediately saying they'd have them ready for me the next day (a holiday, no less!). I highly recommend them! We just had an event at a hotel close by and they were crucial in helping us to get all the material we needed. Special thank you to Kim, the operations manager, that went the extra mile to make sure receive all the items on time, even accommodating last minute items we needed, and being such a joy to work with. Kim at Concorde was a LIFESAVER when I was given a company "fire drill" and needed custom business cards printed AND delivered that same day (and I called late morning). She was kind, super helpful and responsive - and the cards came out perfect and were delivered quicker than I could have ever dreamed. I will definitely be saving Kim/Concorde's information for any future printing needs in Chicago. I'm based in NYC and felt a bit helpless when asked to pull this off, but then I found Kim at Concorde. <3 THANK YOU
