Under guise of zealous care and patient advocacy, she will make you believe that she cares and will help you, and then she drops you - without as much as having a decency to explain why. The words “compassion” and “empathy”are not part of her vocabulary. Tried to make an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Friedman. It is 10/5 but she is taking new patients in February. Tried to make an appointment with another OBGYN there and transferred by operator, disconnected and finally gave up after 5 attempts.
