I was 12 min late, and the front desk/doctor cancelled my appt without notice. I understand the “penalty” for being late, and I’m not sure if this was outlined in any fine print. But I had booked this appt over a month out, and the MD’s next availability is in two months… I told the receptionist I’ll go elsewhere. I don’t think I’d get the care & attention here anyway. No thanks.
Honestly, great doctors and personnel. However, terrible at getting back to voicemail messages. After my appointment yesterday, I went to the pharmacy, thinking I could pick up my medication right away. But the doctor’s side of things did not approve it until today. I called into Concorde Medical Group's main business office today to discuss a bill which had been sent to collections for an incorrect charge from 5+ years ago. The receptionist I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful, she even tried to shame me for not paying the false charge. I recommend utilizing another option for your medical care because the people in Concorde business/billing office are unkind and uncaring.

I went in with cough & congestion that I've had over 2 weeks. I called to get assistance as I'm not feeling better but told he's not in no covering MD & I should go to urgent care yet I'm charged for visit with Dr George just to be sent to spend more money at urgent care?? I say all who go here need better clinic or sadly...maybe cause they just don't care 🤷 or I'm hispanic what a shame how horrible Concorde has gotten just pathetic
