Extremely bad craftsmanship Very poor quality from subcontractors Becuase they get beat down on price They work around trash no one cleans Jim Pasavanto doesnt pay in full his subs !
Our home was completed in September 2019 at which time we had a standard punch list of items that were either not completed or that had issues at occupancy. Almost 3 years later and agreed-upon punch list is still not completed. A lot of the punch list items have been completed, but to get anything done we had to contact the builder dozens times to get any sort of response, which most of the time resulted in "we're working on scheduling it", with no follow-up.
