I am a young woman and student living at University Center, and I have to walk by the Stacks and Gathering construction site as a part of my regular commute. I have been catcalled several times in the past year since I moved in by the construction workers, including today when I was on the steps of Johnson hall and got hollered and honked at by both the driver and worker in the passenger seat like a dog in a truck carrying heavy machinery towards the site on Stewart Avenue, over 500 feet away from where I was standing.
