Lived here for 5 years. Quiet, safe. Amenities were good. Pool was well kept up with. Landscaping was kept in perfect condition. Gym was fine - it was a gym. Walking distance to Avondale so plenty of food and drinks. I didn't put in many maintenance requests but they were handled quickly even though that was the unit manager not the complex necessarily.
