The two ladies in the office were very helpful friendly but remains professional
Concord Village is a great place to live. There are 12 buildings throughout the community. Some of these buildings are for seniors 55 and up while the others are for all ages. The community has 4 beautiful pools that look out onto the golf course and also has a clubhouse where the gym is located. If anyone is looking for renting/buying please follow up with a realtor of your liking. The Recreation Association isn’t a leasing office that provides any listings for these 12 buildings. I just bought a unit in this community. The association as a whole is a complete mess. Beginning with the person in charge. Her name is Rinna Sanchez, what a terrible way of talking and treating prospect buyers. She made me feel like I was asking for something free. I was applying to purchase a unit and she literally made me feel like a criminal, asking a whole bunch of irrelevant and discriminatory questions.
