Great people. Took us when we needed to be seen last minute. Gave buddy a lot of treats to make him feel comfortable.
Last year I went in to get my cat checked up, I paid the half price as I was a new client to their clinic, and when I went in they told me they couldn’t see my cat because she was a little over weight, so they didn’t do any check up or anything to my cat, which I don’t think is right, every pet should be able to get a check up or exam. We visited this clinic for vaccines when they first opened, and our experience with the veterinarian was positive. However, my interaction with the front desk a year later when I called to schedule another vaccine appointment was terrible. I was trying to book an appointment for a date that was two days after the vaccine’s expiry. The front desk staff insisted, in a raised tone, that I had to book the appointment on or before the expiry date, otherwise she would “report” me. Dr. Sharif is an exceptional veterinarian. He is caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate toward both his patients and their owners. One of the things I appreciate most is that he is always mindful of costs and never recommends unnecessary treatments. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and works with you to find the best option for both your pet's health and your budget.
