Would give a zero if possible. Spent a week trying to get any sort of response from them about setting up an appointment for an actual issue with an animal, not just a check up. Finally got through to someone, lady was so unconcerned with anything, just to be told to look elsewhere.
I have taken my pets to Concord Vet since they opened. The staff there is friendly, knowledgeable, and love my animals. They have helped us through the happiest and saddest days of pet parenting. I highly recommend this vet center.
Best place to take your furbaby. They really care about your pets. Sasha and I are very happy with the care she receives when she has an appointment. Dr. L cares for all the animals as if they were her own.
Been taking my animals here for years and have never had an issue. Friendly, caring staff that actually gets to know you and your animals personally. Great small town vet that gets right to solving problems and helps your animals. Would happily recommend to anyone.
