The level of service they provide is UNBELIEVABLE. From answering questions when I bought my tractor, to service, to helping when I call with a question. And the experience is the same no matter who I work with!!! On another note, Kioti makes a great product and my friends with Kubota's plan to switch because they do not get the service I do and they are impressed with what you get with a Kioti. Was shopping around for a tractor to replace a smaller B7510 Kubota, needed more HP / FEL lift capacity. Looked at Mahindra, Kubota and Kioti. First went to Pinnacle, had a difficult time getting any serious attention from a sales rep. I guess the Kubota reps rely on the name / brand reputation. I bought a tractor from these people 4 years ago and I am completely satisfied with the machine the service and parts department just good old fashion hospitality with modern day technology it's hard to fine these days .
Nice people. Knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Recommended.
