I had a great experience at Concord Toyota! I came in for my routine oil change and was actually running late, but Vu, the Service Specialist, was still very understanding and made sure I was taken care of. The service was quick, professional, and much faster than I expected. I also had a great experience with the Parts Department. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with a small scratch on my new car. They took the time to assist me and helped me out at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. This dealership is the best. In sales and in service. I had an issue with the steering wheel and the other dealership wasn’t able to address my concern and it says its normal. So I went to Toyota concord where I purchase my car and they walk me through the service. Service Advisor Vu helped me right away and look at the car with me. Right and then, they knew that my concern is valid and confirm by the service tech. If I did not go to this dealership, there might be more damages that will happen to my new car.
