Update: Received a faster service. I had my car serviced for oil change and brake fluid exchange. Appointment is 8:30 AM on a Thursday. Estimated time of completion was 11:30 AM. Waited at the dealership and they said that cars are backed up and have to wait another 2 1/2 hours until 2 PM.
My regular service spot for my 2023 RAV4. Service advisors are pleasant and helpful. Highly communicative. Worked with Vu last time and he made the experience overall as pleasant as doing car maintenance can be.
