Was trying to get a simple recall done on my 2022 Highlander. Service person said it could take two hours. Well after 2 1/2 hours, they hadn't started. I ran out of time, never got done.
We were able to get an appointment the very next day after we asked for one, and details were confirmed to us by text. We were provided with a detailed proposal of services to be performed, and with a similarly detailed report on outcome, as well as recommendations for future maintenance. The team connected with the dealership in Buffalo, where I lived previously, and was familiar with all the vehicle’s prior service record. Rafael was exceptionally congenial. Highly recommended.
The “maintenance required” indicator came up 2 months after the car was serviced and I took it in for diagnostics. The intake coordinator suggested a tire rotation before anyone looked at the car and admitted it was done recently when I reminded him. Then I received several updates with different assumptions why the indicator came up.
