These clowns frequently come by a group of apartment buildings and a NURSING HOME between 3am and 7am, and bang the dumpsters around for 10 minutes, waking everyone up. It is loud as hell. Sounds like a bomb going off. This morning, after banging the dumpsters around for 10min, the driver took out a transformer, causing an electrical explosion and blinding flash of light, leaving hundreds without power, including the nursing home. Excellent service since the city took over from waste management.
You don’t have high expectations to start with garbage service, but concord has to run the worst operated trash system I have ever seen ever seen.
They are extremely loud and come way too early in the morning to collect trash from our apartments.
