Excellent service since the city took over from waste management.
You don’t have high expectations to start with garbage service, but concord has to run the worst operated trash system I have ever seen ever seen.
They are extremely loud and come way too early in the morning to collect trash from our apartments.

I have always had a good experience whenever I’ve needed to call them with help for something. They do exactly what we pay them for and I’ve never had any complaints or difficulties. They don’t deserve a two star rating. I think you all are great who work here. Trash truck drivers and billing department!
