They are extremely loud and come way too early in the morning to collect trash from our apartments.

I have always had a good experience whenever I’ve needed to call them with help for something. They do exactly what we pay them for and I’ve never had any complaints or difficulties. They don’t deserve a two star rating. I think you all are great who work here. Trash truck drivers and billing department!
The Recycling attempted to pick up the trash with the truck and guess it didn’t work they threw the trash can back down and knocked down the garbage trashcan everywhere and kept going, thankfully I was home to pick it up before the garbage truck came but it would have been much worse if I was not home that trash would have been everywhere
workers who drive the recycling trucks can care less about their job. They left my cans partially full and didn’t bother picking up the trash that fell and the cans they knock over. Please hire workers who are WELL TRAINED and PROFESSIONAL
