These guys are horrible. They slow walk mailed in payments, so they show up late to your account. I've paid my account in full, and 3 months later they are still reporting the account is open, unpaid and late on payments. You cannot get any help calling them. Ridiculous this kind of operation can exist

My loan servicing company was taken over by concord, their online platform and customer service is atrocious. I had set up autopay online and then needed to make a change to the bank account, which you cannot do online. It’s strange to not be able to delete or update auto payments via the online portal. Regardless, I called their customer service line, which does not give you an automated option to speak with a representative OR to make updates to auto payment methods. I invested in 2 real estate purchases that "Concord servicing" was the third party contract service provider to the company. 1st purchase I paid cash for. 2 months later I was harassed with phone calls from Concord telling me they were a collection agency attempting to collect on the property.
