My account was set up on autopayments through JPMorgan Chase for 4 years. This past Nov 2023, they stated the payment was not received. Proof of pymt was provided and accepted. Then, in December, they again said they did not receive pymt - proof was provided and NOT ACCEPTED. It is now May and I'm still fighting, via email, with no resolution. If I could rate this place a 0 I would instantly! 1 - they make any loan that they "take over" into a home mortgage so your bank thinks you have a second mortgage on your home. They do this without telling you that. 2 - the rates jump and you get no notification of it. Yet, if you don't pay exact attention they charge you more and more to try and keep you in debt to them. 3 - the customer service was absolutely atrocious. I'm extremely disappointed with this company. It's incredibly disorganized and lacks honesty. Despite sending a check and paying my balance in full, I'm unsure if it's a system issue or a misunderstanding regarding where the funds are allocated. I'm sitting here in disbelief. The level of customer service is abysmal; they don't return calls promptly and consistently misunderstand my inquiries. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
