Dr. Shannon Vawter and her team are absolutely amazing. We were experiencing an emergency with my senior dog, and they found time for him to be evaluated. She helped us navigate incredibly difficult decisions with compassion and expertise. I will be forever grateful for the care that was offered that day - both to my precious animal and to me.
Dr Eliza and the entire staff are awesome to work with! I have recommended Concord several times and will continue to do so!
My 11 year old poodle needed dental surgery. She ended up getting 13 teeth extracted! Dr. Ben is so amazing and professional and personable. You can tell he really loves animals. Everyone at the office is so nice and compassionate. Also, the prices are beyond reasonable. 10/10 would recommend and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
SHAME ON CONCORD ROAD ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!! As I was getting out of my car to go grocery shopping at the Kroger's on Nolensville Road at Concord Road, I heard the horrible sound of a crying cat and thought it was in the bushes but it was stuck under the front end of a car. The driver got out of the car and said he just came from the new Publix in Nolensville and believes the cat climbed under the hood down there. I’ll start by saying I’ve grown up with all kinds of animals and pets. With that, came a number of vets and veterinarians. This veterinarian office is by far the best one I have ever experienced. Every single person from the receptionists, to the techs, and especially the veterinarians (my dog has been seen by all of them) has set a new expectation for my experience at a vet.
