The North Bridge was a really cool place to visit. It was amazing to stand where American colonists fought the British in 1775 at the start of the Revolutionary War. The area is beautiful and peaceful today, and walking across the bridge makes history feel real. Depending on how much you want to walk, it is about a 1/4 mile from the North Bridge Visitor Center, but only about 100 yards from the first parking lot across the street. It is a great stop for anyone who enjoys American history.
