A very good home for your Lutheran based senior. Thw facility is now much better since The DON and administrator Chris Hope and Marti Shivak, and Cheryl Schmidt. This administration did not acknowledge resident concerns nor did they respect the Lutheran Faith. Being of a Jewish/Hebrew administration, they had little concern in respecting resident wishes. Praise the Lord they are gone now. Now Lutheran residents have a voice again.The administration is now at The Avenue in Warrensville hts wreaking havoc, Consumer beware!
