Visited and thought this would be a great place for my mom to move to. Liked everything with the exception of the memory care unit as it gave us an asylum vibe. It's scheduled for a remake but don't know when. What turned us against this place was the lack of response from emails sent. That made us feel very unwelcomed as well as concerned that communication going forward would be lacking.
I am very pleased with the care my family member is receiving at Concord Place. The staff really seems to care about the residents and their wellbeing. The level of care is much higher than in other facilities I have toured and actually had personal experience with. Concord Place should be the industry standard!
Love working for concord place fantastic people and friendly love the patients
You have to wait outside for someone to come bye and let you in could take 10mins could be 30mins under staffed and you can Imagine the care for relatives not a place I'd want to be
