Walked in store with my puppy and passed by two women behind the counter. No other customers in the store however neither offered any help. I went in to purchase complete grooming set and harness/leash set up and definitely required assistance. To no avail. Not even addressed as I left the store. Glad I took my money to another Concord where I didn't feel like I was intruding. Horrible customer service. Again...no other customers.
The best selection of dog food in the tri-state area. Discounts offered for repeat purchases. Excellent customer service, including help with loading large orders.
A little pricey but the clearance bins make up for it. Decent sweet service.
