I was very happy with my first visit with Dr. Carwell! He was very personable and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front desk were also friendly and helpful!
I booked an initial appointment to see the ENT doctor. I was called by the office 90 minutes prior to my appointment time. The voicemail I received was to cancel the appointment Jen stated “...we do not do any surgery or anything here and we were going to refer you to Concord Hospital Otolaryngology where they could better suit you if you could please give us a call back…” when I called the office back they told me they “didn’t want to waste my time” unfortunately I had made arrangements to leave work early, made arrangement... read more
Not a good review today because I always felt safe and healthy with my Otolaryngologist. Now the billing person however Totally different story I almost had a nervous breakdown trying to make sure a reffered appointment scheduled gets done smoothly. Worst Day of my life!
This is a really great bunch of people down there and Concord give them a thumbs-up everytime they really care about their people he takes the time to help with financing or anything else that you need and they work around your schedule YOU GUYS DO A GREAT JOB DOWN THERE AND YOU DESERVE KUDOS !!🤪
