Dr Daniell was great explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions.
They are awesome..... I regret going to the ER I honestly should just waited for an appointment. They get things done my prescription was called in fast. Billing was excellent. Thanks to Dr. Daniell and staff.
Doctor Reddy examined me and sent me for 1 necessary CT scan. He immediately knew that my condition was advanced beyond his comfort zone. He referred me to Mass Eye and Ear and handed me off to his triage nurse Bonnie. She walked me through the process set everything up in Boston so all I had to do is show up. Dr Reddy and Bonnie did this for me because it was in my best interest. The outcome couldn't have been any better. That's good healthcare. Bonnie is awful and rude and never wants to help patients. Dr. Reddy orders repeated and unnecessary CT scans and he is never available to patients if complications or questions come up. The rest of the staff is sloppy and rude and unprofessional. If you want to remain sick and have unnecessary expensive procedures then by all means make an appointment here.
