My 8 year old got tubes put in my Dr. Reddy, follow up appt was always canceled by them.. Finally 2 months after tubes were put in we had an appt.. Waited 45 mins in the room for the dr. I asked the nurse what was going on?? Dr. Reddy had gone home after his lunch and they had to call him back in for his appt.. So unprofessional, complete lack of care or concern for my child.. I have never had such an unprofessional experience.. I found a new ENT Doctor.. I would never reccomend this place...

Dr. Carwell did a surgery for me. He's friendly, explains everything, has a good attitude, and his work was excellent. The supporting office staff did a great job and everyone had a good attitude; they took care of the insurance approval in a timely manner; I didn't have to do anything. Two thumbs up from me.
