We came home from a trip to find our furnace was out, and it was somewhat cold day. I called Haffner and was put in touch with Tommy who was on call. He walked me through a reset which seemed to work at first, but it failed again and I called Tommy back. He ended up having to drive and search for hours for the parts needed for our powervent and I assisted him (held a light) as he did the work in the cold dark outside. Their billing department is terrible. Blames customer repeatedly for own mistakes then after customer has to jump through hoops to prove it to them they say oh okay, I’ll let corporate know. Awful.
