Joanna is extremely knowledgable, personable, and helpful!
Overall I have had a good experience. However, the older woman with white hair at the checkout desk should learn to keep her thoughts off her face. She gave me a look like "are you serious?" When I told her I could not book multiple weeks out. She held that look until I asked if I was good to leave. I let her know I had the next week booked right when I walked up. I do not have the luxury of booking out because I work and go to school, like many other patients.
This was my first visit to Concord OB/GYN and with Sasha Weigel. I was so impressed with her knowledge and her bedside manner. She was patient with my questions and I felt like she truly cared about my well being.
Dr. Travias is my brand new doctor and was just so nice, comforting and knowledgeable. Plus, he was right on time and got me in and out while answering all of my questions. I am so glad I was referred to him!
