Last July I came in for Express Oil change as soon as they opened. I was told since I didn’t have an appointment, it would take a couple of hours. Luckily, I work nearby, so I left my car then went to work. Today, I had an appointment this time, but again was told it would still take over 2 to 3 hours. I left and went to a real Express Oil change down the street. It was done in 20 minutes.
Brought my car in for service. Turn around time and price was reasonable. My Advisor Shawn K was friendly and helpful.
My elderly parents took their SUV in and they tried to charge them for extra services they did not need. Don't trust them and ask them for documentation on everything.
It is always a great experience having my car serviced at Concord Nissan. The staff is professional, courteous, and attentive, creating a smooth and comfortable experience from start to finish. I would especially like to recognize Shawn Kaneko, who is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and sincere. He takes the time to explain the service details clearly and genuinely looks out for the best interests of his customers. His dedication and commitment to excellent customer service are truly appreciated.
