Ive been coming here for the past 4-5 years or so. Service advisors always provide good service. I always have a great experience. Excellent customer service and explain everything clearly.
Love that they have a free shuttle service. You can request to be dropped off & picked up. Meanwhile, your vehicle is serviced. Honestly, they're worthy of 10 stars. I get to go to the mall, walk, shop & eat, then come back to my freshly serviced vehicle. The driver is friendly, cautious, and on point. I live in Fremont, but it's worth coming the distance every time. Always a great experience.
