Stay far away! Typical business....your friend and buddy when they think you are going to make them some money, and your enemy when they find out you may not. I was literally kicked out of the office when I was honest with Dan Gawda of Concord and told him that I had wanted to get the costs of his services because I was shopping another mortgage company as well.
