I am trying to sell a house. The buyer was pre-approved by Concord Mortgage and we entered into contract to with the buyer. The Concord Mortgage company waited until all the way until a week away from closing to suddenly come back and not fully approve the buyers loan. Now all of my stuff is in storage and I have to pay another months of house utility costs and I am unemployed. I would avoid this mortgage company. They do not do their proper homework correctly pre-approve mortgages and everyone in the process pays the price.... read more
