Hooked me up! Thanks to Forest, for working late. I am greatful for all the ideas and advice on issues we discussed such as solar and roof repair/maintenance. I'm a little bit of a noob but got many tips and got up and running. Plus, Forest was a really cool guy, that's was genuine with his advice and work. Johnathan and his team had horrible communication and transparency. After quoting us a job over the phone and scheduling us, he ended up needing to reschedule us three times before finally getting one of his techs to show up. He kept promising we would get a call and we never did. Then, when the work was finally going to get done, we found out the tech had not been properly informed of the details of the job we had already communicated. Jonathan and Rob were AWESOME! Customer service is what I look for and they delivered. Came out within 1 day and fixed my electrical in 1 hour. Great job guys!
We had a very good experience. Jonathan was efficient and accommodating. His team got the job done!
Our tech Jonathon was amazing!! He got out water heater fixed and made sure it was working and everything and gave us tips for upkeep on it! If something goes wrong on your RV I would highly recommend asking for Jonathon to come help!
