Been here for about three months now and have nothing but incredible things to say about this place. Had an amazing tour by Brandon who helped us all the way through the application process with ease. The complex is always clean and maintenance is very accessible when needed which is not often. Can definitely say I will be here for a while

I loved living at the Prescott apartments. The people who work in the Prescott office are beyond wonderful They are always so pleasant and get things done quickly. The facilities department employees are fantastic also. They respond so quickly to request and repair or replace everything what is needed expertly and with a smile. The apartments are set up thoughtfully with a great layout. I loved walking around the neighborhood and always felt safe. I highly recommend the apartments at Prescott
Just moved in and it has been great so far. AThe front office is nice and very efficient. Made us feel welcome. We had two minor maintenance issues that were handled promptly, and the workers were so friendly. The community is clean and quiet, and centrally located with lots of local trails for hiking and exploring. We love that the community is so dog friendly and the gym and clubhouse are lovely with lots of events.
