Quiero and friendly place
My family and I had a terrible experience upon trying to move out of the Prescott. We unexpectedly bought a house right after we renewed our lease & asked if they could do anything to let us break our lease. The office staff was cold and rude. We ended up having to pay 12k to break our lease. I am happy to write an excellent review for the front desk staff at Prescott. We had a very difficult family situation which necessitated our son moving from a 3rd floor apartment to a first floor accessible apartment. Thankfully an apartment was available. While our son was in rehab we had to go through a very complicated process to make this change. Sarah worked closely and patiently with us and had to make some accommodations to help us accomplish this. She was patient at all times and worked closely with us to help our s... read more
This is an amazing place. I highly recommend The Prescott. It is very clean, quiet, amenities are exceptional and the team at the front desk is amazing: very nice and always ready to support. I only have positive comments to make. I have been living here since May and will move out in Sugust but I think I will miss it.
The maintenance team here is awesome on time in very professional
