I am happy to write an excellent review for the front desk staff at Prescott. We had a very difficult family situation which necessitated our son moving from a 3rd floor apartment to a first floor accessible apartment. Thankfully an apartment was available. While our son was in rehab we had to go through a very complicated process to make this change. This is an amazing place. I highly recommend The Prescott. It is very clean, quiet, amenities are exceptional and the team at the front desk is amazing: very nice and always ready to support. I only have positive comments to make. I have been living here since May and will move out in Sugust but I think I will miss it.
The maintenance team here is awesome on time in very professional
We moved in for the summer a few weeks ago. Brandon and Sarah were very helpful with the rental process. The community is very clean. The location is perfect. Two great playgrounds, a heated pool, dog park and plenty of green space. The maintenance staff is incredible! When we moved in there was a problem with the refrigerator. It's a great community, enjoying every aspect so far. Maintenance staff Moise's is excellent, quickly figures out any problem. Management is kind, approachable and reasonable. Definitely recommend this place as your home. What I want to see more: I'd really want be able to use the common room after hours for study and hanging out with friends (free with security deposit maybe?). Tenant-only EV chargers.
