I was forced to go here by Starcare before being committed due to having highblood pressure. I was told that they were going to be paying for it since they were forcing me to go and I did not consent. Now I have a $1700 collection on my credit from this place for an abulance ride to get my blood pressure checked that I was jot supposed to be charged for. This company is a medical staffing company for rural ERs. I was an “account manager” aka “scheduler” and I have never had a company waste my time through employment so much as Concord Medical Group did. They quickly hired me, flew me to Dallas for a week of training, worked me for two more weeks, then fired me. They said I am not a good fit. This is the worst place I've ever worked for! The owners are awesome but their management team looks down at staff. There are no standards in place & everyone passes the buck. Management's moto is "slow to hire & quick to fire!" Management doesn't care if patients are sent to collections & their billing department has no idea what they're doing. Pay is also the lowest compared to other medical companies.

Will not respond to emails about incorrect billing and the automated telephone system is pretty much worthless.
