I have been a customer of concord Mazda for over a decade, long before they moved to their current location. I also have plenty of experience with other local dealers and service centers (Mazda, Lexus and Mercedes) and I always find concord Mazda to be the best experience of the bunch. The video summary they sent you as part of the maintenance is awesome. The wait times are much shorter now if you specify beforehand that you want to wait at the dealership. We took our CX90 in for a recall and 10k service. I appreciate the time our service rep took to look up recalls that were newly pending and saved us a trip back to their service center. He also found that our car had a free service credit which saved us $!
