I recently took my CX-50 for routine maintenance, and I must say, the service provided by Jonathan, John, and Mark was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The waiting area is quite nice, equipped with complimentary coffee and water, which is a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, allowing me to stay connected while I waited, and the restrooms were clean and well-maintained. My experience with Concord Mazda has been great. People are very helpful and experienced. I’m glad I bought my Mazda Miata there. The service managers are very considerate and listen to you in order to give you the best service.
