repaved streets, proper lighting, maintenance men that actually qualified to do the job, not back yard diyer's, a new owner who gives a crap about the park, get rid of uninhabitable trailers instead of selling them to the next sucker, get rid of the dope heads, Exterminate. cockroaches and bed bugs are everywhere in there.
Very nice neighbors and if u need something fixed there is always someone wanting to help
