Great customer service and really good prices. It's not the best-looking dealership ever, but with that level of customer service and pricing, it is very hard to complain. I used to take my Kia for service to the Dublin location, and yes, it is nicer, but the customer service isn't at the same level. They also often try to add extra charges that make it much more expensive.

Brought my 2021 Kia telluride in for a factory recall. I got their early and immediately Service writer Brian Gillen was argumentative with me. I received two notices one for a recall that had to be done and another potential recall if I was experiencing an oil leak. I have an oil leak around the oil pan on the motor. Brian told me I was no under warranty without asking any questions. I told him I just want to see if the oil leak the car was was part of the recall and if not I purchased an extended Kia warranty. I made an appointment last week to bring my Mitsubishi in for diagnostic I told the receptionist I had a warranty. She set the appointment up . I got a confirmation & a text reminding me to come in. Today came for me to bring it in I called the dealership to let them know I’m on my way she transferred me to service no answer so I left a voicemail so I drove from Pittsburg to Concord. Este lunes llevé mi Mitsubishi al cambio de aceite ; al recogerlo y pasando por Cordelia el carro empezó a salir humo de la tapa y oler a quemado al estacionar y revisar; encontré la tapa del aceite a un costado; y todo el motor lleno de aceite , por tal motivo; con el consecuente hecho de que habrá que revisar que otro daño pudo sufrir el motor por la pérdida de aceite y residuos en todas las partes; llamé y la contestación fue que el supervisor no estaba y no podía hacer nada y mañana volviera a llamar .
