I just cant get good help at this Location. It is so disappointing because there is no other one in the area to go too. They Do Not Answer there Service Phones, They Do Not Call Back. Drop my Car off and I have No Idea what's going on.
Straightforward and quick experience. No bs or surprise charges.
0/10 rating. Worst service place ever. You schedule a transmission fluid change, waited for almost 2 hours after they tell you it will be done by 4pm. They call you back at 3pm to tell you, we ran out of fluid, just found out. We'll order the fluids and come back in 2 days. At least make sure your company have enough supply for te day before scheduling a service. Wasted my time, gas and toll. Never coming back for a service.
