Please do not purchase ANYTHING from this company. My husband purchased a rowing machine and returned it unopened upon delivery. They took his money, they have the machine and they won't respond to him. They are stealing his money. We have left numerous messages over the past month to no avail. His last resort is court action to get his money back
I bought their 8 piece copper pan set from wayfair and the saucepan didn't work on my induction cooktop so wayfair sent me another set and had the same problem with the saucepan. I called Concord cookware to have them check if there is a design problem with the bottom of the pan plate cause the rest of the pans worked. I still haven't received any response from them. The rest oh the pans are great but it seems they don't have much of a customer service.
