Warning: I had a phone call with MD Paul D'Ambrosio about my previous lab result. This office bills $350 for 8-minute follow-up calls, including 1-min front desk answering and 2-3 mins waiting. In the phone call I basically asks: 'Are my labs normal? If this labs are normal, should I still take the pills?'. The bill says it was a "Office/est. patient 15 min" (CPT 99213), which is absolutely incorrect. I have all the evidence of phone call time and duration. Avoid this office unless you enjoy surprise bills.

Being a first time patient for any aesthetic treatment I was a bit anxious about what to expect. Phary did a great job of making me comfortable while sharing her recommended treatments. You will find that Phary is a highly experienced esthetician. She communicates very well during the treatments so I was comfortable about the process. I was very happy with the results of my Laser Genesis/Hydrafacial treatments and will continue to look at more services at Concord Medical Aesthetics.

I am a first time client at Concord Medical Aesthetics. It was easy to find and the space is immaculately clean and very welcoming. I came in for a Hydrafacial with Phary. She suggested to add on a laser treatment to my facial. It was obviously more expensive, but well worth it. My face is glowing and feels plumper! I will definitely be back.

By far the best practice I've ever been a patient of. Everyone here has gone above and beyond every time. From emergency situations to run of the mill check ups, I've always been seen and helped in a timely and effective manner. I can't imagine going anywhere else after switching to here a few years ago.
