A couple of years into owning a very expensive flagpole in my yard, the multi-segment pole will not stay up. Plastic internal parts have broken, and the manufacturer will not sell parts for it, even after the customer service person tells me they still manufacture the parts but will not sell them individually. We purchased a flagpole. It was missing some significant parts inside the box. We took pictures and show them their comment was. We should have opened the box before we signed off on it. It is not their problem that we did not inspect the box inside. So if you purchase a flagpole, make sure you read the directions before signing off on it.
