A couple of years into owning a very expensive flagpole in my yard, the multi-segment pole will not stay up. Plastic internal parts have broken, and the manufacturer will not sell parts for it, even after the customer service person tells me they still manufacture the parts but will not sell them individually. We purchased a flagpole. It was missing some significant parts inside the box. We took pictures and show them their comment was. We should have opened the box before we signed off on it. It is not their problem that we did not inspect the box inside. So if you purchase a flagpole, make sure you read the directions before signing off on it.
Had this flagpole for less than a year if I could give less than one star I would Don’t waste your money bought this flag pole in March of 2021 because it was made in the USA and it’s very important to me I like the fact that it’s telescoping and you don’t have to deal with the pully system yesterday March 2022 I went to put my flag back at full staff and one of the sections got stuck in the up position and will not move I contacted the company they did issue me a refund but I wanted the flagpole replaced I put a lot of work... read more
