Good luck getting a call back. You might be lucky if you get an email response back like a whole month or so later 🤣 ... It's honestly VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! you call & call & call , leave voicemail after voicemail (WHICH INCLUDE YOUR CALL BACK NUMBER!!!) but yet , no calls are returned..... why even say on your voicemail that "your call will be returned as soon as possible... Wow its crazy that the reviews popped up because the very same lady has not returned my call for weeks and her voicemail says dont keep calling cause that will not get you a quicker response smh very unprofessional I guess ill try to take my voucher somewhere else. This is very disheartening The whole agency should be fired

Arlene Thompson accepted my voucher porting from MD to NC, I found a place on time and was compliant with everything, but Ms. Arlene Thompson kept brushing me off. She lied saying the apartment complex denied voucher in July(FALSE )when they approved me in May we were waiting on her and inspector for 2 months, knowing my voucher had a time limit 6/24/22.
