The ONLY reason I left even one star is to be able to make this post. Let me start this by saying if you value your time, money, effort, and ACTUALLY want to find a new place to live out of your process, DO NOT START WITH THIS HOUSING DEPARTMENT. Good luck getting a call back. You might be lucky if you get an email response back like a whole month or so later 🤣 ... It's honestly VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! you call & call & call , leave voicemail after voicemail (WHICH INCLUDE YOUR CALL BACK NUMBER!!!) but yet , no calls are returned..... why even say on your voicemail that "your call will be returned as soon as possible...
