I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by Concord Hospitality's sales team. As a company with "hospitality" in its name, one would expect a standard of customer service that reflects attentiveness, professionalism, and a genuine effort to meet client needs. Worst company ever to work for. You are just a number
they are correct in saying this is one of the worst companies i worked for. I filed a complaint with HR -of course no response..I emailed the regional manager of the district manager-of course no response.then i emailed the head of HR-of course no response..and then I emailed the owner-of course-no response..so NO they dont have the good employees back and they dont want to deal with problems.so my advice to anyone who is thinking about applying for a job i would go somewhere else..
Concord hospitality is a extremely unprofessional company to work for. I had a problem with the company that I was working for at spring Hill Suites in Navarre. I went to HR about my situation and my problems and showed proof of things and I was the one that was in the wrong. Apparently nothing was ever done about my complaints. There was money that was taken out of my paycheck. My boss and had the housekeeping department had deducted time out of my paycheck for a lunch breaks that I did not take and I proved it. Guys be careful while obtaining concord hospitality's service because They are not providing invoice as they have collected GST but not depositing to GST portal and we are not getting setoff for the GST. They are not picking up call as well and not giving proper reply.
